Role & seniority: Quality Engineer; mid-senior level with 7–10 years in aviation/Aerospace
Stack/tools: AS9100 and AS13100 experience; APQP, PPAP, FMEA; RCCA; SPC, MSA, control plans; NPI/FAIR; audits and process documentation
Lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) analysis for internal and external quality issues; support Project Engineers and section leaders
Manage non-conformances, audits, and closure; write/implement Quality Plans for Production Readiness; review customer specs for process/procedure compliance
Support NPI/FAIR activities and KPI improvement; ensure health, safety and environmental compliance
7–10 years in aviation/Aerospace with AS9100 and AS13100 experience
Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA; RCCA techniques; SPC/MSA; control plans
Strong communication, leadership, and English fluency
Experience with aerospace OEM requirements and New Product Introduction environments
Experience with customer-facing roles and cross-functional teams
Ability to support internal/external audits and continuous improvement initiatives

As a Quality Engineer you will be working in conjunction with Project Engineers and Section Leaders, reporting directly to the Quality Management, and ultimately to the Company Directors. You should have a good working experience of Quality Management processes (Preferably AS9100, & AS13100), especially in the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning, Production Part Approval Planning and Risk Management techniques. The successful applicant for the vacancy shall be a flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ambition to pursue a career in a modern engineering environment.
39 hrs per week, Day shift (Monday - Thursday 07: 45-16:30, Friday 07:45-14:15). 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
