Role & seniority: Senior QA / Testing Lead (L3); 8–10 years of experience

Lead testing for large-scale, cross-functional programs and manage hybrid internal/vendor teams
Define and enforce test strategy, governance, risk/issue management, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Communicate Test Status and Metrics to business units, IT, and vendors; mentor/coach team members
8–10 years in software QA/testing, with financial services/ banking regulatory knowledge
Experience in managing hybrid/remote teams and large projects
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall; functional and non-functional testing

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCES 1. Solid understanding of industry-standard software testing methodologies, frameworks, and lifecycle processes.
Familiarity and understanding of financial services and banking operations, including regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to testing. Knowledge of Trust and Investment products is highly preferred.
Proven experience in managing hybrid teams (internal and vendor/external resources) and leading independent Testing Teams for projects and/or AMS/Production Support
Demonstrated success in managing testing for large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs
Experience in Project Management, Risk and Issue Management and Mitigation, as well as Resource Management (Capacity and Demand Management)
Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Experience in functional and non-functional testing
Strong communication skills for liaising and reporting Test Status and Metrics with business units, internal IT and vendors.
Attention to detail. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in mentoring and coaching team members as part of performance management
Comprehensive understanding of QA governance, compliance, and audit requirements
Familiarity with strategic test planning and enterprise-level compliance requirements
Knowledge of test automation and performance testing.
Ability to build and maintain a comprehensive regression test suite aligned to core trust & investment workflows.
Proficient in developing and consolidating user manuals and SOPs based on approved test scenarios and business process flows.
Hands-on experience with test and defect management tools such as Micro Focus ALM, Jira, or equivalent
Familiarity with legacy-to-modern transition of systems and complex integrations
