We are seeking a meticulous Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with multinational-based development teams to deliver high-quality software. Experience in an Agile, multinational setting is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases. Execute manual and/or automated test scripts to identify software defects. Report, track, and regress bugs using tools like Jira, and verify fixes. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure all testing activities meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer, preferably in a multinational or outsourcing company. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and/or test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
