Description Marking is seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to support quality assurance efforts within a large, enterprise-level technology environment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with established standards, guidelines, and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle for an IC Customer. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and executing test plans, identifying software defects, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control methodologies aligned with organizational QA standards and procedures Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive software test plans Identify, document, and analyze software defects and their root causes Evaluate hardware, software, and associated documentation for compliance and functionality Support or lead formal and informal reviews at defined phases of the development lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met prior to release Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies Qualifications Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph 10+ years of experience with automated testing tools and practices Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks Strong automation testing experience with demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• ISTQB Certified Tester
• SAFe for Teams (or other Agile certifications)
• Salary Range
• USD $170,000.00 - USD $220,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
