Role & seniority: Expert Tester (senior-level), on-site in Chantilly, VA; active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Overview
VTG is seeking a talented and experienced Expert Tester to join our dynamic and innovative team in Chantilly, VA.
What will you do?
Develops and implements quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization. Develops and executes software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assists in the evaluation. Conducts and/or participates in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.
Do you have what it takes?
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph BS degree and 11-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience, will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree Experience with test automation methodologies such as Selenium or Katalon Understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle of software systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong, effective, and professional communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience working within matrixed teams Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work without close supervision Ability to take initiative in troubleshooting; creative in determining approach or action to take in non-routine situations
