Accelerate the development and global rollout of a strategic in-house platform focused on compliance-related metrics, including AML, KYC, and Point of Sale monitoring. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data-centric teams, ensuring alignment of definitions and data across multiple locations. Define test strategies, design and manage end-to-end testing activities, and translate complex compliance requirements into actionable test scenarios. Coordinate activities including sprint planning, test reviews, demonstrations, and acceptance testing.
