5+ years of experience in US Accounting (preferably small/mid-size businesses)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and compliance

Experience coaching/leading teams; data-driven auditing experience

Quality Assurance for Front Office QuickBooks Live, you will be responsible for driving service excellence by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all client interactions. You will lead quality frameworks, monitor live and recorded engagements, and provide structured feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of bookkeeping support. By leveraging data, audits, and advanced tools, you will identify gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous process improvements. In this role, you will partner closely with operations and training teams to strengthen client trust, elevate Expert performance, and ensure business owners receive reliable, world-class guidance that supports their long-term success.
Champions sales programs and supports skill development for: Lead pass, Attach SER / Serve‑to‑Sell outcomes Ensures adherence to required processes and compliance guidelines. Identifies performance gaps and partners with leaders to address and correct them. Performs outlier management to handle unusual or inconsistent performance trends.
