Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role you will provide testing services for the Digital Center of Excellence SCRUM team in IT. You will be part of a global team working on our latest Blueprint and GenAI products that are changing the way that Pega does business. You will be responsible for the overall quality of the applications and will create and execute test plans and regression test suites as well as drive test automation initiatives. You will work collaboratively with the QA Lead and global QA team members, technical leads, software engineers, product owners and business users to ensure quality deliveries of value to the business.

What You'll Do At Pega
Develop and execute test plans and regression suites for digital applications. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive feature coverage. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint grooming, planning, and product reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document high-quality test specifications. Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline / BE/B. Tech or Equivalent 4-7 years of experience in software quality assurance Practical knowledge of software testing best practices Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Expertise in CMS platforms (Drupal/WordPress), cross-browser testing, and mobile platforms (Windows, OSX, iOS, Android). Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Xray). Knowledge of API testing, web technologies (HTTP, HTML/CSS, web services). Familiarity with Java, XML, and enterprise technologies (SOAP, MQ, JMS, Oracle/MSSQL/DB2). Knowledge of GenAI concepts and a passion for test automation and code quality. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 94,900 - 141,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
