As ATS Test Engineer you will be responsible for the onsite test and commissioning activities related
to the Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) subsystem. Your responsibilities are to plan, coordinate,
define and execute ATS test activities. The ATS Test Engineer works within our multi-country
engineering team and reports to the corresponding engineering manager.
Determination of the test strategy and preparation of test planning Creation of test procedures and test cases Execution of test cases in coordination with other subsystems Evaluation, analysis and summarization of test results Preparation and archiving of across-the-board test reports Regular reporting on test progress and fault statistics Interface and coordination with our teams in Pune and Braunschweig on test outcomes and engineering activities
What You Need To Make Real What Matters
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Knowledge about the Siemens signalling system architecture and products to be delivered as part of the project, in particular for GoA4 systems Solid understanding of ATS regulation principles and urban rail operations 5+years in engineering and testing experience on Siemens Controlguide OCS Rail 9000 Experience with tools for configuration management, system integration, and test execution Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels Intercultural experience and e-mobility knowledge as distinguish factor
