This role works closely with software development and cross-functional teams to test and verify the functionality and performance of electronic systems and devices prior to release.

What You'll Do Verification Planning Develop systematic, detailed, and well-structured verification and test plans Analyze and interpret product requirements and design documentation Test Case Development & Execution Create and execute test cases to validate system functionality and performance Perform regression testing following defect resolution Test Automation Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks Evaluate and implement modern testing tools and strategies Documentation & Collaboration Participate in requirements and design reviews Document test procedures to ensure repeatability and compliance Communicate testing status, results, and risks to stakeholders Defect Tracking Identify, document, and track defects Support debugging and verification of corrective actions
Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience 3-5 years of experience in software testing, validation, or similar role Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Bash, C, C++, etc.) Experience developing test cases from requirements and design documentation Experience using revision control systems and bug tracking tools Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment Ability to set up and utilize common test equipment (power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
