We are looking for a Software QA Engineer who is passionate about test automation, cloud-based SaaS testing, and continuous quality improvement. In this role, you will own product quality across UI, API, and microservices, contribute to automated certification testing, and help ensure high-quality, on-time product releases.

Key Responsibilities
Design, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with functional requirements and quality goals. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Drive automation-first testing, building and maintaining UI, API, and integration test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test results, define quality metrics, and present clear test reports to stakeholders. Test microservices-based architectures using stubs, mocks, and service virtualization techniques. Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Product, and Documentation teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Software QA with strong exposure to test automation. Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Nightwatch, Mocha, PyTest, Postman, or REST-Assured. Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or Go). Experience using CI/CD pipelines and testing cloud-based SaaS applications. Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools (JIRA, GitHub, GitLab). Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in distributed, Agile teams.
