We are looking for a Senior / Staff Performance QA Engineer to join our team in Belgrade or Novi Sad. In this role, you will help ensure the scalability, stability, and reliability of a complex cloud-based platform focused on centralized product management, usage-based billing, and AI consumption insights. You will work on performance testing and in-depth analysis of distributed systems, partnering closely with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and drive system improvements.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test suites for complex distributed systems Identify system bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams on remediation strategies Produce clear, actionable performance reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to define SLAs, performance criteria, and workload models Design and enhance frameworks for performance test execution, results collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
