Must-have skills
Technical degree or vocational training (Automotive, Plastics, Mechanical Engineering) and related experience
Experience with automotive interior components, surface quality, or supplier quality
Strong Grain & Colour expertise; ability to read/interpret technical drawings and surface specs
Familiarity with OEM processes; fluent German and English
High attention to detail, assertive communication, strong self-organization, willingness to travel/on-site
Nice-to-haves
Prior V.I.E or international assignment experience
Customer/supplier-facing collaboration and project coordination skills

fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements have a technical degree or vocational training (e.g. Automotive, Plastics, Mechanical Engineering) bring experience in automotive interior components, surface quality, or supplier quality possess strong expertise in Grain & Colour definition and automotive surface evaluation standards can read and interpret technical drawings and surface specifications have experience working with OEM processes communicate fluently in German and English demonstrate excellent attention to detail, an assertive communication style, and high self-organization are willing to travel and work on-site in plants and at supplier locations
