Design and integrate RF test equipment hardware and software for an X-Band Datalink (ATE context).
Design/integrate RF Interface Units (RFIU); support development test equipment and test software.
Analyze failures, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive improvements to test systems; perform ESS and functional testing.
10+ years in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related with experience designing electronics test equipment and ATE software.
Experience designing RF test equipment and UUT interfaces (ITA’s, cabling).
Interim Secret Clearance to start; ability to travel up to ~10%.
Proficiency with LabVIEW and TestStand; OTA RF testing experience in anechoic chambers.

Job Description
You will be the RF Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Test Engineer for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Line-of-Business, supporting Development Test Equipment and Test Software activities in Grand Prairie, TX (Dallas/Fort Worth). Our team is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of test systems, and you will play a key role in providing technical support, test equipment improvements, and troubleshooting expertise.
What You Will Be Doing
As the RF ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting test systems, providing technical expertise, and driving improvements to test equipment and software. You will work with a range of technologies, including TestStand®, LabVIEW®, and Python, to control signal generation and measurement tools, conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and functional testing.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Designing and Integrating RF test equipment hardware and software for an X-Band Datalink Designing and Integrating RF Interface Units (RFIU) Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and providing recommended solutions Troubleshooting and problem-solving test equipment issues
