Stack/tools: Beckhoff PLC, TwinCAT 3; Universal Robots; Stäubli Robotics; EPLAN (hardware design); machine vision; MES connectivity; experience programming/commissioning industrial machines; test and validation workflows.
Develop and implement advanced automation for assembly lines; automate manual tasks with cobots; ensure safe, ergonomic workflows.
Design/develop software for new machines/lines; coordinate with suppliers; ensure milestones and production readiness.
Commission, validate, document automation solutions; support production with troubleshooting and continuous improvement; ramp-up new lines locally and internationally.
Degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics or equivalent.
Experience programming/commissioning industrial machines; robotics integration; MES connectivity.
Machine vision development/programming; strong hardware architecture knowledge; proficiency with EPLAN.
Hands-on experience with Beckhoff PLC, TwinCAT 3, Universal Robots, Stäubli robotics.
English (written and spoken); analytical, self-motivated, cross-functional collaboration.
Additional languages; formal validation/test-driven development; experience in cost, performance optimization of automated systems.
