Full Description
As a QA Test Specialist (Automation), you will be integrally involved in meeting the challenges to develop robust high-quality software, with ever increasing number of integration points and simultaneously contribute to improve agility and time to market in a changing business and regulatory environment. You will work in a team with highly motivated and skilled programmers, business analysts and test engineers in an international and dynamic environment. Role Responsibilities - As a Senior Specialist - Quality Engineer, your focus will be developing and implementing automation suite for testing enterprise solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries. We expect you to have: Plan, execute, and maintain tests for product integration Automate the suitable integration test cases on API level Hands-on experience from test automation using one or more of Java, Python, Shell, or similar languages Use metrics to make sure we deliver good quality and focus our testing in the right areas Update and create required documentation and reports Work together with QA leads and delivery leads from various product teams to plan and execute the needed tests to make sure all components integrate well Track and maintain defect lists and aid development teams to ensure resolution of reported defects Ability to build good relationships with peers, business partners, and other stakeholders Experience from working with financial systems especially trading/ clearing/ settlement systems would be a merit but is not a requirement Strong verbal and written communication skills Working language is English Experience Level 6-7 years Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience What do we offer you?
