Job Description

Quality Assurance Engineer with strong expertise in Guidewire QA (Billing Center) position Cloud to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Billing Center implementations and integrations in a cloud environment.
This role involves designing and executing test strategies, automating test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud implementations.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for PolicyCenter modules.
Validate cloud deployment configurations, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
Implement test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, or similar) for PolicyCenter applications.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Conduct defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Ensure compliance with cloud security and performance standards during testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in QA for Guidewire BillingCentre (preferably Cloud version).
Strong understanding of BillingCentre configuration, rating, and integration points.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and related deployment processes.
Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar).
Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of insurance domain and PolicyCenter workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Guidewire Certification in BillingCenter or Cloud. Tools & Technologies.
Guidewire BillingCenter Cloud Selenium / TestNG / Cucumber JIRA / Azure DevOps Postman / REST Assured AWS / Azure / GCP
