At Tactical, our mission is to design and develop smart software solutions that support defense forces, public safety organizations, and civil protection agencies. We also explore the application of artificial intelligence in all our solutions, including decision support tools and multi-source intelligence report analysis using natural language understanding. We are seeking a QA tester to join our team and be part of our continues growth.
Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios for new features and changes to existing applications. Ensure all test cases cover functional, UI/UX, integration, regression, and edge cases. Update test scenarios based on feedback and changes in application functionality. Execute manual test cases according to established testing processes and report any bugs, defects, or usability issues. Perform detailed exploratory, smoke, regression, and acceptance testing. Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and document bugs and issues effectively. Identify and suggest areas for improvement in the quality assurance processes and testing strategies.
BSc in Computer Science or a similar discipline Proven experience in manual testing of software applications. At least 3 years of hands-on on quality assurance processes. Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Teamwork). Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure comprehensive testing. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across teams. Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus. Familiarity with API testing (Postman, SoapUI, etc.) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
