About The Job
INGRITY believes in the power of intelligent automation and AI to drive meaningful, measurable business outcomes — and our Automation & AI Centre of Excellence sits at the heart of that mission.
We’re seeking an exceptional Automation Engineer with strong UiPath expertise and a Data Science background to join our team as a key technical practitioner. This is a hands-on, highly influential role focused on designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions embedded into real business processes and operating at scale.
While this is not a formal people leadership position, it carries significant technical and solution leadership responsibility. You’ll guide delivery teams, mentor engineers and data practitioners, influence automation platform decisions, and work closely with senior business leaders to turn complex operational challenges into scalable, production-ready automation solutions.
Your work will span the full lifecycle — from discovery and proof-of-concepts through to fully industrialised automation assets delivering tangible outcomes such as cost reduction, operational efficiency, improved customer experience, and risk optimisation across insurance and financial services environments.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and delivery of high-impact Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) initiatives. Develop, deploy, and optimise end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath (mandatory). Design and implement AI-enabled automation solutions combining RPA, machine learning, and decision intelligence. Build intelligent bots integrating predictive models and Generative AI into core business processes. Develop and productionise ML-powered automation pipelines in Python. Deliver solutions from rapid experimentation to governed, enterprise-scale deployment. Translate complex business processes into scalable automation architectures. Partner with senior stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and deliver measurable value. Mentor junior automation engineers and offshore delivery teams. Advocate for automation governance, model risk management, and production stability.
Core Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience building and deploying workflow automation on UiPath (mandatory). Experience developing low-code AI agents within UiPath or similar platforms (desirable). Strong Python programming skills and ML pipeline integration knowledge. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts within operational automation. Practical experience with Generative AI and POC development. Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and data services into automation workflows. Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks (desirable). Understanding of deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimisation of automation assets.
Experience & Qualifications
5–8+ years’ experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, Data Science, AI Engineering, or related disciplines. Proven experience delivering and productionising automation solutions in enterprise environments. Experience integrating machine learning models into automated workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar. UiPath certification (highly desirable).
