We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with hands-on UiPath experience to join our growing automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual workload across various departments.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility. Design, develop, test, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. Maintain and improve existing UiPath workflows and bots for performance, reliability, and scalability. Create and maintain technical documentation including PDD (Process Design Document), SDD (Solution Design Document), and user guides. Work closely with QA teams to conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitor production bots and perform incident analysis and resolution. Ensure compliance with internal security, audit, and quality standards. Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control, error handling, and logging. Support RPA infrastructure and work with IT to ensure high availability and performance. Continuously research and propose new automation tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in automation or software development. 8+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot). Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices. Experience with UI automation, web services/API integration, and exception handling in UiPath. Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python is a plus. Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification. Experience with other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker). Knowledge of OCR technologies, AI/ML integration in automation. Experience with Git or other version control tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
