Monitor bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on workflows as processes evolve.
Document automation solutions (process flows, design specs, test plans, runbooks).
Support integrations when needed (APIs, databases, files, ETL-style workflows).
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure automations meet regulatory and data-privacy requirements.
Help track and report automation metrics such as time saved, error reduction, and ROI.
Support and enhance existing automations, including upgrades and performance optimization.
What We’re Looking For (Senior / SSR) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), enabling effective collaboration with global stakeholders, participation in client meetings, and clear documentation of technical solutions.
3–5+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or software development, with solid hands-on UiPath experience (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).
Proven ability to design, build, deploy, and support production-grade automations, following best practices for error handling, logging, security, and maintainability.
Strong working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript) and the ability to extend UiPath workflows with custom logic when needed.
Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases, Excel/CSV files, and enterprise systems.
Comfortable leading or actively contributing to process discovery sessions, translating complex business workflows into scalable automation solutions.
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and support junior team members through reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on building reliable, well-documented solutions.
Excellent communication skills — able to collaborate with business stakeholders, explain technical decisions clearly, and document solutions effectively.
Comfortable working in a consulting / client-service environment, adapting to different systems, priorities, and regulatory constraints.
