Our client is seeking a contract based RPA developer responsible for designing, delivering, and governing enterprise-grade RPA solutions.

Duration: 6 months (option to convert to FTE)

Location: 4d hybrid Markham office

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of UiPath automations in enterprise environments
Build scalable, reusable workflows using UiPath Studio (REFramework where appropriate)
Define and enforce RPA architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices
Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and alerting
Deploy and manage automations in UiPath Orchestrator (schedules, queues, assets, credentials)
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, and reliability
Partner with business stakeholders to assess automation feasibility, complexity, and readiness during intake
Translate business requirements into technical solution designs aligned to roadmap priorities
Track and communicate measurable outcomes (effort reduction, cycle time improvement, risk mitigation, KPI alignment)
Provide production support including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and bot maintenance
Contribute to governance frameworks, SDLC processes, and change management practices
Develop reusable components, shared libraries, documentation, and runbooks
Mentor junior and intermediate developers and support offshore team members
Act as a trusted technical advisor across business and technology teams

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
Deep understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices
Experience automating web, desktop, and Excel-based processes
Proficiency with selectors, queues, assets, credentials, logging, and exception handling
Experience using REFramework (preferred)
Working knowledge of VB.NET or C# concepts
