such as UiPath, UFT, Selenium, and API testing frameworks. The role also involves leading teams and working cross-functionally with development and business units in both Agile.

Duties and Responsibilities

Development

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio. Collaborate with business analysts to create and validate PDD (Process Definition Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents). Build reusable components, custom workflows, and integrate with various systems (web, Windows, mainframe, Citrix, APIs, etc.). Utilize OCR, ICR, Machine Learning, and AI components for intelligent automation scenarios. Configure and manage automation deployments using UiPath Orchestrator (bots, assets, queues, schedules). Perform code reviews, optimization and performance tuning of developed bots. Maintain and enhance bots’ post-deployment with issue resolution and change management.

Quality Assurance & Testing

Lead automation and functional testing projects using UFT, Selenium, JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Rest Assured. Design and maintain test frameworks and reusable test assets. Conduct ETL testing and complex SQL queries for backend validation. Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and REST/SOAP-based services. Validate test coverage and traceability with RTMs.

Conduct various testing phases: Unit, Integration, System, Regression, UAT. Team Leadership & Project Management

Lead QA teams across onshore and offshore locations.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure testable requirements.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews, test audits, and performance tuning.
Drive process improvements, automation strategy, and RPA Centre of Excellence initiatives.
Maintain documentation, test plans, and project status reports for stakeholder review.
