Akkodis is seeking a Test Engineer IV for a Contract with a client in Austin TX. Candidate must support BMS‑focused firmware testing with strong programming and test‑automation skills required for executing battery and electrical validation activities.
Rate Range: $76/hour to $78/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Test Engineer IV Job Responsibilities Include
Execute electrical and battery‑cycler tests in coordination with technicians and test engineers while delivering accurate, high‑quality result reports. Generate KPIs and maintain clear documentation to support daily lab operations and testing activities. Review BMU schematics and layouts to verify design conformance and assess testability. Run complex test setups and DOEs using high‑accuracy equipment to support validation and characterization efforts. Troubleshoot equipment, sample issues, and test‑station problems to ensure uninterrupted testing. Ensure all collected test data meets stringent quality standards and is supported by proper measurement equipment use.
Required Qualifications
M. Sc. in electrical engineering or computer science, or a B.Sc. with relevant industrial experience.

Pay Details: $76.00 to $78.00 per hour
