Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience within a Software Testing organization Hands-on experience with test management tools (Quality Center, Azure DevOps Test Manager, Jama, or similar) Strong experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Azure Playwright) Experience testing cloud-based / SaaS platforms Proven expertise in Agile methodologies Solid background in regression test strategy and planning Strong experience writing test automation scripts
Nice to Have Deep understanding of mocking frameworks and testing principles Passion for teaching others how to write effective tests Regulated industry experience is a MUST (Medical / healthcare strongly preferred)
