Role & seniority: Performance Tester; mid-senior level (4+ years automated testing, 1+ year performance testing)
Stack/tools: JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, LoadRunner; JavaScript, Python, Scala, or C#; Git/SVN; Linux/Windows; API/SOA/JSON; Jenkins; CI/CD; APM tools; performance testing methodologies
Create and implement next-generation performance tests; plan and run tests
Build and maintain performance testing environments; automate analysis and reporting
Conduct full automation via CI/CD, analyze results, perform root-cause analysis, and support client projects
4+ years automated testing experience, 1+ year in performance testing
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Scala, C#)
Experience with Git/SVN, Linux/Windows performance tuning, and Jenkins
Understanding of SOA/API/JSON; strong analytical problem-solving; good English
Experience with APM tools and automated performance analysis
Familiarity with multiple performance testing tools and large-scale environments
Experience across diverse client sectors; ability to propose performance indicators

Your tasks
Creating Innovative Next-Generation Performance Tests Planning and implementing tests Building a performance testing environment Preparing scripts using chosen tools, such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner Collecting results with the use of APM Tools Building automated analysis mechanisms Conducting the full automation process using CI/CD tools, APM tools, Performance Testing tools, and automated analysis Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors Proposing performance indicators Performing root cause analysis of performance problems
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in automated testing, at least 1 year of performance testing
Good knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Scala or C# Proficiency with Version Control Systems such as Git or SVN Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API technology, and JSON structure Linux and Windows performance tuning experience Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins) Ability to design and implement efficient tests Solid understanding of the performance testing methodology and tools Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation
