Role & seniority: Performance Tester with mid-to-senior level experience (≥4 years automated testing, ≥1 year performance testing)
Stack/tools: Performance testing: JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, LoadRunner; APM tools; CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins); VCS (Git, SVN); programming: JavaScript, Python, Scala, or C#; SOA/API/JSON; Linux/Windows; test automation and analysis
Plan, design, and implement next-generation performance tests; build performance testing environments
Collect results with APM tools; automate analysis and integrate full automation in CI/CD
Conduct root cause analysis of performance problems and propose performance indicators
≥4 years automated testing experience, ≥1 year in performance testing
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Scala, C#)
Experience with Git or SVN, Jenkins or similar CI tools
Understanding of SOA/API/JSON; Linux/Windows performance tuning
Strong analytical mindset and English communication
Experience with multiple performance tools and automated analysis mechanisms
Familiarity with APM tools and end-to-end performance instrumentation
Prior exposure to demanding client projects and performance optimization strategies

Your tasks
Creating Innovative Next-Generation Performance Tests Planning and implementing tests Building a performance testing environment Preparing scripts using chosen tools, such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner Collecting results with the use of APM Tools Building automated analysis mechanisms Conducting the full automation process using CI/CD tools, APM tools, Performance Testing tools, and automated analysis Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors Proposing performance indicators Performing root cause analysis of performance problems
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in automated testing, at least 1 year of performance testing
Good knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Scala or C# Proficiency with Version Control Systems such as Git or SVN Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API technology, and JSON structure Linux and Windows performance tuning experience Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins) Ability to design and implement efficient tests Solid understanding of the performance testing methodology and tools Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation
