Role & seniority: Performance Tester (mid to senior, 4+ years automated testing; at least 1 year in performance testing)
Stack/tools: JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, LoadRunner; JavaScript, Python, Scala, or C#; Git or SVN; Jenkins; Linux/Windows performance tuning; SOA/API/JSON; CI/CD; APM tools
Design, plan and implement innovative, next-generation performance tests; build testing environments and scripts
Automate testing and integrate into CI/CD; run automated analysis and collect results with APM tools
Conduct root-cause analysis of performance issues and propose performance indicators
Must-have skills: 4+ years automated testing (1+ year perf testing), programming in one of the listed languages, version control (Git/SVN), knowledge of SOA/API/JSON, Linux/Windows performance tuning, Jenkins/CI tooling, solid performance testing methodology and tools, analytical mindset, strong English communication
Nice-to-haves: Experience with multiple performance testing tools and APM platforms; ability to design efficient tests; strong problem-solving and documentation skills

Your tasks
Creating Innovative Next-Generation Performance Tests Planning and implementing tests Building a performance testing environment Preparing scripts using chosen tools, such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner Collecting results with the use of APM Tools Building automated analysis mechanisms Conducting the full automation process using CI/CD tools, APM tools, Performance Testing tools, and automated analysis Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors Proposing performance indicators Performing root cause analysis of performance problems
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in automated testing, at least 1 year of performance testing
Good knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Scala or C# Proficiency with Version Control Systems such as Git or SVN Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API technology, and JSON structure Linux and Windows performance tuning experience Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins) Ability to design and implement efficient tests Solid understanding of the performance testing methodology and tools Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation
