What To Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Test Engineering Technician to support the continuous improvement and operation of manufacturing test equipment within our Remanufacturing team in Tilburg. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, uptime, and performance of test systems used across our lines, including battery, drive unit, and energy products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where ideas for improvement, development, and innovation are highly valued.

What You'll Do
Support daily operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of manufacturing test equipment Perform debugging activities on both test systems and products under test Assist with deployment, validation, and handover of new test equipment into production Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements to test hardware and software Create and update troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance documentation Support fixture assembly, wiring, and setup of instruments to ensure equipment functionality Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure test equipment meets production needs
What You'll Bring
Degree or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience 2+ years of experience supporting or operating test equipment in a manufacturing environment Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting (CAN, Ethernet, sensors, etc.) Familiarity with tools such as LabVIEW, Python, or TestStand is a strong plus Basic understanding of data analysis, test reports, and measurement systems Experience working safely with high voltage environments is preferred but not required Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
