Description
Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester to support multiple Department of Defense (DoD) projects. As part of the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT), this role is essential to ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of mission-critical Salesforce applications for DoD clients. The Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester will bring expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, automation tools, and defect tracking systems, and will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and integrity of secure cloud-based solutions.
Job Duties
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce CRM platforms
Applying Salesforce-specific testing methodologies to validate functionality, performance, and security
Utilizing test automation tools and frameworks to streamline regression and functional testing
Tracking, documenting, and reporting defects using industry-standard defect tracking systems
Collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issues
Conducting rigorous testing across multiple environments to support release cycles and ensure system stability

Requirements
