For the next stage of development of our XDC-Model, we are looking for a personality who combines scientific substance with implementation strength and is willing to take on methodological responsibility at the highest level.

Your mission You will take on methodological responsibility for the next stage of development of the XDC-Model.

In concrete terms, this means

• Systematic review and further development of the XDC methodology
• Initiation and management of a peer review or comparable validation process
• Structured revision of scientific documentation
• Translating methodological requirements into clear specifications for our tech team
• Identification of potential for improvement and further development – scientifically sound and practice-relevant
