Requirements
Technical Competencies 2+ years of experience in software QA or related fields. Understanding QA methodologies, SDLC, and defective lifecycle.
Proficiency in: Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, Postman REST API testing and k6 for load and performance testing Basic understanding of scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar). Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is a plus. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Understanding of high‑availability systems, including those used in real‑time processing environments (e.g., financial, commerce, or enterprise systems). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills for reporting defects and collaborating across teams. Ability to learn fast and work in a dynamic fin-tech ecosystem. A team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
