Top 3 responsibilities
Build tools, infrastructure, and platforms to reduce manual validation and accelerate delivery
Improve CI/CD reliability, speed, observability; drive developer productivity and tooling adoption
Develop data-generation systems, shadow-traffic, automated validation, and automation-gated deployments; embed with squads to solve high-leverage issues
Must-have skills
Proficient in at least one of Kotlin, Go, Python, or Java; experience building internal tools or SDKs used by engineers
Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and modern observability/monitoring stacks
Experience with performance testing, distributed tracing, and automation frameworks
Ability to design and implement developer-focused tooling and automation at scale
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Kafka, Pact, fintech environments, PostgreSQL
Familiarity with developer portals or open-source tooling
