Role & seniority: Experienced developers, software engineers, and/or test automation specialists; part-time, non-permanent, project-based.
Stack/tools: Python (pytest, async/await, subprocess, file operations), Full-Stack with React (frontend + backend), Docker (local evaluations), CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
Create challenging coding test cases and refine tasks based on production-like codebases.
Write comprehensive functional tests validating end-to-end behavior and edge cases.
Analyze AI failures, iterate on tasks based on expert QA feedback across 7 quality criteria.
5+ years in software development; strong Python experience.
Full-Stack background with React frontend and robust backend skills.
Experience writing functional and integration tests.
Docker proficiency and ability to run evaluations in containers.
CI/CD understanding, specifically GitHub Actions; English proficiency at B2 level.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience with production codebases and testing at scale.
