Role & seniority: Experienced developers, software engineers, and/or test automation specialists; part-time, project-based (non-permanent).
Stack/tools: Python (pytest, async/await, subprocess, file operations); Full-Stack background (React frontend + robust backend); Docker; CI/CD (GitHub Actions); functional/integration testing.
Create challenging coding test cases to push AI coding systems to their limits; review/refine tasks based on production codebases.
Write comprehensive functional tests that validate end-to-end behavior and edge cases.
Analyze AI failures, iterate based on expert QA feedback across 7 quality criteria.
5+ years in software development; strong Python expertise.
Full-Stack experience (React frontend + robust backend).
Experience writing functional and integration tests.
Docker (local evaluation in containers) and CI/CD understanding (GitHub Actions).
English proficiency at B2 level.
Background in test automation and AI/ML evaluation scenarios.
Familiarity with realistic production codebases and cross-file/external-source reasoning.
Location & work type: Flexible location (not specified); remote-friendly; payment terms include hourly up to $50/hour or fixed/project-based rates; tasks are estimated around 20 hours, with project-based payment and potential incentives.
