Job Description

At Restroworks, as a QA Engineer, you are primarily responsible for reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Other tasks include developing and running new tests, reporting on the results and collaborating with software developers to fix program issues.

Responsibilities

● 2-4 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer ● Ability to document and troubleshoot errors ● Strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude ● Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback ● Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios, test plans, and test cases ● Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities ● Must have experience in web-based and mobile applications testing ● Experience with bug-tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira, and Zoho ● Understand product requirements and technical specifications ● Develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on project scope ● Define test objectives, test scenarios, and success criteria ● Verify bug fixes and ensure quality improvements before production deployment

Requirements

● Practical experience with test management tools, defect tracking tools, web & mobile technologies, and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). ● Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. ● Proficiency in various testing techniques. ● Expertise in test planning and documentation. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ● Capability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
