Region highlight As Delta’s primary manufacturing base in China, we operate four key sites—Dongguan, Wujiang, Chenzhou, and Chongqing — which produce a diverse range of products and solutions, including power , thermal, energy, ICT, EVS and more. Here, you will engage in hands-on, full-cycle operation experience that builds a strong foundation for a dynamic and globally career at Delta.

Key Responsibilities Mass production and problem analysis for a new model. Planning and implementing product testing procedures and equipment testing. Supervising the implementation of testing records and completing testing reports. Deploying testing equipment solutions. Developing and introducing new testing technology. Testing equipment improvement. Transferring and training testing technology.

Minimum Qualification Familiar with analog electronics, digital electronics, and power electronics fundamentals. Hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting power supply products. Able to operate measurement instruments, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers. Skilled in applying PLCs, servo systems, VFDs, and various of sensors.

Preferred Qualifications Telecom or Electrical Engineering background. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams and present complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willing to rotate overseas in the future.
