Role & Responsibility

• Conducted failure analysis on industrial automation products (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, inverters).

• Performed root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.

• Analyzed defective components and PCBs through electrical and mechanical diagnostics.

• Used tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, X-ray, and SEM for in-depth investigation.

• Collaborated with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions (CA) and preventive actions (PA).

• Documented failure reports and tracked long-term quality trends.

• Supported continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce return rates.

Minimum qualification

• Circuit analysis

• Signal integrity analysis

Preferred Qualifications Master’s or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
