Stack/tools: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries), Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), Salesforce configuration (permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, flows, object relationships), CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Copado, GitHub Actions)
Design and develop automated test cases using CRT for Salesforce applications
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective test coverage
Analyze failed tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to CRT Framework and Salesforce best practices
3+ years QA automation in Salesforce
Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to build, maintain, and scale automations for Salesforce UIs and processes
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E, regression)
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; strong debugging and communication skills
