Location-: Brazil/ Mexico Remote Key Responsibilities ā Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for Salesforce applications and integrations. ā Create and manage automation flows, reusable test components, and test data sets. ā Perform live UI testing, record user interactions, debug test flows, and optimize automation performance. ā Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, QA analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure complete test coverage and quality gates. ā Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support faster and reliable release cycles. ā Analyze failed tests, troubleshoot issues, improve test reliability, and document results. ā Participate in requirement discussions, test planning, test case design, and defect triage.
Required Skills & Qualifications ā Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) (3+ years preferred). ā Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, features (e.g., Sales/Service Cloud), and typical business workflows.
ā Proficiency in UI automation concepts: selectors, waits, dynamic elements, and debugging. ā Experience with test automation tools ( Robot Framework) is often valuable. ā Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in sprints. ā Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
