We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to ensure the highest quality standards across our game products. You will work closely with developers, designers, and producers to identify issues, improve gameplay experience, and support smooth releases. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured reporting, and deep curiosity about how games work. Key skills and experience
Good English skills in reading and gathering information from foreign customers' requirements;
B2 English level required (Able to understand/read documents).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
1–3 years experience in Game QA, Software QA, or similar testing role
Solid understanding of game testing lifecycle (Alpha, Beta, Regression, Release Candidate)
Experience reporting bugs using tools
Ability to write clear, structured bug reports (steps to reproduce, expected vs actual result)
Understanding of game mechanics, balancing, and UX flow

Responsibility
End to End QA Ownership
Define and execute test plans for new games and updates
Ensure coverage across gameplay, monetization flows, ads integrations, analytics events
Validate builds before soft launch, global launch, and major feature releases
Assess overall release readiness and clearly communicate risks
Cross Team Collaboration
Work closely with studios, product managers, developers, and monetization teams
Provide clear, actionable bug reports with proper reproduction steps and prioritization
Follow through with studios to ensure critical issues are resolved
Act as a quality partner, not just a bug reporter
Process Improvement and Proactive QA
Regularly review and improve our QA frameworks and testing methodologies
Identify recurring failure patterns and implement preventive measures
Introduce smarter validation approaches, including automation where relevant
Improve pre release validation around ads, SDK integrations, IAP flows, tracking, and edge cases
Build checklists and structured QA playbooks that scale across multiple games
Portfolio Level Quality Monitoring
Identify systemic issues across multiple games
Standardize best practices across studios
Help reduce post-launch incidents and player-impacting bugs
