Role & seniority: QA Tester (1-4 years experience) in Bangalore; on-site position
Stack/tools: Game testing across PC/Console/Mobile; bug tracking/database; documentation with detailed reproduction steps; MS Office and spreadsheets
Test games to identify issues before release and produce high-quality bug reports with reproduction steps and severity
Document issues in the bug database and coordinate with the relevant development team to ensure resolution
Collaborate with Designers, Artists, and Programmers to suggest improvements and enhance player experience
1–4 years as a game tester; strong critical thinking and issue identification
Excellent English communication; clear, concise issue descriptions
Methodical, analytical mindset; knowledge of PC/Console/Mobile hardware and software
Passion for games; proficient with spreadsheets, MS Office, and general PC/internet use
Ability to work effectively with teammates; flexible with project shifts
Experience with bug-tracking tools or QA processes beyond basic databases

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a QA Tester to join our QA team. in our office hubs in Bangalore.
The team is a resourceful bunch of people who can pick out ways to track a single deep-rooted flaw and pull it right out. And they’re self-sufficient, often independent when there’s a need to fix issues directly.
As the QA Tester you will be responsible for testing games, finding and documenting bugs, and making sure issues are highlighted within an acceptable time frame. You will work closely with Designers, Artists, and Programmers to improve the overall experience by suggesting improvements and changes. You will report to our Lead QA. Together you will play a crucial part of the game development process, helping to deliver a polished and enjoyable gaming experience to players. \n
Identify and produce high quality bug reports including: a detailed description, accurate reproduction steps and severity rating, etc. Documenting the issues into a bug database and assigning them to the relevant member of the development team as well as working with them to ensure the problem is solved. Working with Designers, Artists, and Programmers to improve the overall experience by suggesting improvements and changes.
