Hands-on experience with test management and defect‑tracking tools such as Jira and TestRail. Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar technologies is considered a strong plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent teamwork, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
