Job Description

Role- QA Automation with karate framework

Exp- 6 to 9 years

Location- PAN India

Analyze functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories to create automation strategy, test cases, and test scenarios. Design, develop, and execute UI automation scripts using Karate Framework (Karate UI). Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks leveraging Karate’s DSL, Java interop, and parallel execution. Automate web UI regression suites and integrate UI tests with API workflows for end‑to‑end validation. Debug automation failures, root‑cause issues, and provide detailed defect documentation. Integrate Karate tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Maintain version-controlled scripts using Git / Bitbucket / GitLab. Generate HTML, JUnit, and Cucumber-style reports from Karate test executions. Collaborate closely with developers, QA leads, and product owners in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Contribute to automation best practices, code reviews, and continuous quality improvements.
