Bohdan Dovbysh I Test Automation Engineer What will you do as a Senior Software Test Designer? As a Senior Software Test Designer, you’ll lead the development of automated tests and qualification tools. You’ll design and implement smart testing strategies, optimize processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement. By mentoring junior engineers and acting as a sparring partner for customers, you’ll help raise the bar for quality and innovation.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Software Test Designer

• Overseeing the entire testing architecture/ strategies, process, from planning to execution. This role involves developing automated test capabilities, selecting tools, and defining processes for efficient and effective testing;
• Write software (C++, C, Python) for objective, reproducible and maintainable automated tests and development of tools for qualification and integration;
• Explore different solution approaches to achieve the best result;
• Design, implement and optimize chosen solutions;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and Agile environment;
• Review code and mentor (junior) engineers;
• Share your expertise to elevate the team, quality, and processes;
• Advisor and sparring partner for customers and stakeholders and inspiring others to strive for quality.
