We are now looking for a Software test Team Lead to guide and develop a team of skilled test engineers working across embedded software and system‑level projects. In this role, you will combine technical leadership, team development, and hands‑on project involvement to ensure high‑quality and traceable testing practices that support our product development. About the Role As Team Lead for Software test, you will: Lead and coach a team of verification and test engineers. Contribute technically in ongoing projects as test lead. Ensure that test activities are efficiently planned, executed, and followed up. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in development, systems engineering, product management, and projects. Drive continuous improvement of tools, methods, automation, reporting, and workflows. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing competence development within the team. What the Test Team Does Our verification team plays a crucial role in securing high‑quality, efficiency, and traceable verification across our embedded systems. The team develops and maintains the methods, tools, test environments, and automation needed to ensure robust and reliable product development. The team works with all Construction products and embedded systems, including battery powered products, remote controlled demolition robots and high-performance industrial dust extractors. The team is responsible for: Designing, implementing, and executing automated tests. Maintaining verification frameworks and managing HIL or system‑level test environments. Ensuring full traceability from requirements to verification evidence. Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and supporting functional safety when relevant. Delivering high‑quality reporting, documentation, and effective defect follow‑up.
