Ciklum is looking for a Contect QA Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role
As a Contect QA Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
The ADAPT project focuses on digital asset production and localization for global marketing campaigns. The team transforms creative inputs into high-quality web pages, newsletters, and banners using CMS platforms and design tools, ensuring accurate localization, pixel-perfect execution, and thorough quality assurance across multiple markets and languages.
Responsibilities
Perform manual, cross-browser, and cross-device testing based on test cases, input files, or reference files
Report and document defects in JIRA, including clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and detailed cause-effect descriptions
Re-test products after fixes, perform acceptance testing, and provide final QA sign-off
Analyze project requirements and identify gaps, ambiguities, or potential issues early in the workflow
Prepare, maintain, and update test cases, ensuring alignment with project goals and change requests (CRs)
Review and clarify CRs, adjust test cases, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
Conduct acceptance and post-release testing after production deployment
Support emergency troubleshooting, reproducing issues, testing fixes, and performing acceptance testing on staging and production environments
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines
Continuously identify opportunities to improve QA processes, documentation, and testing efficiency
Requirements
2+ years of experience in content or digital QA, with proven attention to detail
Excellent eye for detail and precision, with a “pixel-perfect” mindset
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Clear and effective communication skills in English, able to explain issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers
Experience with JIRA or similar task management and bug tracking tools
Basic experience with Photoshop or other design tools to analyze visual content
