This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications. Key Responsibilities: Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved Analyzing bugs to identify trends Writing user stories Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field 2+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.) Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time Experience working in an agile environment This position is remote with ability to work east coast hours as needed Must be able to obtain and maintain up to a Secret level security clearance Preferred Skills: Experience in automation testing desired Trusted Tester Certification (508 compliance) desired Active Secret Clearance Skills: Certification: Why You’ll Never Want to Leave: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans Flexible Spending Account 4% 401K Match (immediate vesting) Paid Time Off Tuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional development Flexible work schedule On-site gym and childcare option The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
