JOB SUMMARY: Polaris, a global powersports leader, is looking for a Web QA Automation Engineer to ensure high quality Dealer-facing websites. As a Web QA Automation Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust automated testing solutions that regularly exercise full system functionality and ensure project requirements are implemented properly. The ideal candidate is effective in a fast-paced Agile development environment, is fresh on industry best practices and automated testing standards and is passionate about delivering quality products to customers. Interest in powersports is a plus! ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop and drive test plan, test cases and test strategies based on project requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for web applications & D365 apps. Build, maintain and execute robust and scalable web automation frameworks and scripts that validate the functionality and stability of our applications across various browsers & devices. Integrate automation and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and quick feedback cycles. Identify, document, and track software defects early in the development lifecycle. Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues. Execute regression & smoke testing to support software releases to customers Conduct performance and load testing to identify the bottlenecks and ensure scalability. Experience with source control tools like Git and Bitbucket Have a customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that is centered around a great customer experience Be an active participant in and help enhance a mature agile environment to deliver high-quality applications Explore new methods and tools for automated testing & AI Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to implement QA processes within the established QA standardization and best practices. Flexible enough to work on multiple products being produced for a fast-changing market Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members Support, maintain and administer cloud testing solutions Be an active participant in and help enhance a mature agile environment Flexible enough to work on products being produced for a fast-changing market Help build and maintain high team morale SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Minimum Qualifications: At least 4-5 years of testing experience At least 2-3 years of experience in building automated test suites using Playwright-TS. At least 2-3 years of experience delivering highly effective automated testing solutions using Selenium WebDriver (Good to have) Proven experience in building ground-up automation solutions to drive product quality Hands on experience in API testing and automation using Playwright, Postman-Newman, ensuring comprehensive coverage and integration within the testing framework. Able to use AI in SDLC and improve QA efficiency Performance testing experience (good to have) Experience implementing and supporting continuous integration testing solutions with Jenkins/GitHub Actions Familiarity with defect tracking and task creation tools like JIRA Familiarity with JavaScript and Java. Understanding coding standards and best practices in both languages is essential.
