Project Role: Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch Project Role Description : Develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering. Must have skills : Selenium Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding the strategic direction of testing initiatives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle, while also mentoring team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in quality engineering. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. - Ability to design and implement test strategies that align with business objectives.
